By ordering from Lourent’s Flowers Boutique, you agree to:

1. Orders are processed only after full payment.
2. Delivery is available across Miami and Miami-Dade County. Same-day delivery is possible for orders placed before 2:00 PM.
3. If certain flowers are unavailable, we may substitute with flowers of equal or greater value while keeping the design.
4. Payments: all major credit cards and online payment methods are accepted.
5. Refunds & cancellations: please see our Refund Policy.
