At Lourent’s Flowers Boutique, we want every customer to be completely satisfied with their order. Please read our return and refund policy carefully:

Fresh Flowers

Due to the perishable nature of fresh flowers, returns are not accepted once the order has been delivered.

  • If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Provide photos of the issue, and we will arrange either a replacement or store credit.

Order Cancellations

  • Orders may be cancelled up to 3 days before the scheduled delivery date for a full refund.
  • Orders cancelled less than 3 days before delivery are non-refundable.

Non-Perishable Items (Vases, Gifts, Accessories)

  • These items may be returned within 7 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and in the original packaging.

Custom Orders

  • All custom-made or personalized orders are non-refundable.
